28 April 2015The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
Henry de Bromhead, trainer of Sizing Europe (declared in error) - €200089B Herald Champion Novice H'dle
P. Carberry, rider of Rich Coast (GB), trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost his action and was pulled up.
089D BoyleSports Champion S'chaseThe Stewards interviewed D.E. Mullins, rider of Felix Yonger, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that D.E. Mullins was in breach of Regulation 10.3(e), in that he used the whip other than down the shoulder or hind quarter and having considered his record, suspended him for one race day.
B.J. Cooper, rider of Savello trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped and was pulled up after the first fence.
089E Goffs Land Rover BumperThe Stewards fined Gordon Elliott, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Petit Mouchoir (FR), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
The Stewards fined P.M.J.Doyle, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Ball D'Arc (FR), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
089F Growise Champion Novice S'chaseThe Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Don Poli, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
089G JLT INH Flat RaceThe Stewards fined P.M.J.Doyle, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Blood Crazed Tiger, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
